How to use z4root with the Ally?

seems like this thread has been done for awhile now and i'm new here so i was just wondering if anyones figured out how to root the ally using z4root with the ally having froYo. I had my ally rooted before the update and now nothing i do works. Any help would be amazing! thanks in advanced!

@fallenshadow As far as I know there is only one way to root the Ally since FroYo update and it is definitely not for the faint at heart. I for one am going to wait until something easier and safer is available, but here is the info:

@gem266 yeah i think i'll probably just wait. im not as advanced as Trident. its a shame i loved my rooted ally, i hope someone figures something out soon. and thanks for the info!

Still no update to z4root? Or any 1-click root apks? For ally 2.2.1 I really miss my root!
