HTC Droid Incredible Retires? Incredible HD Taking Over?

WRONG the iconic device is the droid pro.. i highly doubt we will see anything this week .but hey thats my opinion after being dragged along for the last 3 weeks! im calling BS on pre orders friday and when friday comes and goes they will just tell u something different

if you think about it he has never given us a date and failed to meet it yet regarding this phone.. sure he has said tomorrow.. or later on.. or whatever but he actually gave us a 11/12 date so unless he comes in here tomorrow after his meeting in the AM saying "hey that guy was right its not coming this year" then i have full faith everything is still on schedule..

HOWEVER if what you say happens and he doesnt say they are NOT coming Friday and they actually dont come on Friday i will start to lose faith..

first off in my og post i ment wait not wrong not sure what happened there... and come on viper whats the diff in saying this friday and 11/12.. lol seriousley saying this friday is a date what u talkin about hahaha... and they have been feeding both of us the same thing for weeks now NOTHING!i want it to be real but ima need some proof at this point! ur tellin me pre orders tomorrow and we dont even know what it looks like sorry not happening 100% not goin to happen so dont get your hopes up for the 100th time just to be let down again

Probably because there is no 11/12 pre-order and Miaimi felt it was best just to stop the noise. Miaimi did NOT say it was for sure (just was told it). It was all the Ghost Hunter style true believers that manifest nothing into something.

I bet some of em' bought the time traveler theory for that Chaplin movie. I have heard of extrapolation from a small data sample through using an exponential curve, but THIS is ridikkkulluus' ! :icon_eek:

Well here we go... another day another thread to watch and keep my work day interesting.. Hope for the sanity of all this pans out today, but have to agree with others that it just seems this one may pass.. My question to stay on topic goes to all those like me that are D1 owners. Are you still holding on to your D1 cause there really hasn't been any groundbreaking devices to come out yet? I feel that the X and others are great phones, but except the larger screen and couple minor things the Inc HD seems to be the real next step in endroid. Opinions? That is my personal feeling. So yes Friday may come and pass but if it does are you going to jump ship and get an X or D2, or hold out until the INC HD finally comes out??

As a Droid 1 owner for a year now if this device comes out and it is what everyone says it is I will get it. If it doesn't come out I will seriously think about getting a DX. My D1 just seems a bit sluggish and old. That said I will not need LTE for any time soon (talking years probably) because of my remote area so if they don't make a 3G version and that's why it's being held back I will be dissappointed.

I got ny DInc 2 weeks ago thru Best Buy because it was free. It's a great phone but the newness has sorta worn off. I'm probably going to take it back tomorrow and charge up my old D1.
I'll wait for the DInc HSBC, if maybe if it turns out being worth it..the Pro.

As much as i love my D1. I will not get the D2. If tomorrow we do not see the dinc hd for pre-order, i'll for sure jump the ship and buy an X. unless i hear the dinc hd got pushed back till sometime in December than ill wait. but as of now, im sticking to Miami's word and pre-ordering the dinc hd tomorrow unless he says different. Either way i will not be disappointed.

I just got my DInc from eBay a couple of days ago. I never thought that anything could outsmoke the Droid Eris so much!

Kind of how I feel. The D1 is getting a little on the worn side, but knowing it wil be year till my next upgrade I guess I feel that the X would be to outdated come that time. It is a great phone especially with the screen size, but I am in the middle of LTE grounds for Verizon so holding out might be worth it more for people like me. I loved how sense UI was on the Eris and Inc so whats 3 more months to wait till Inc HD possibly in March.. then again I guess like everyone says.. you can always hold out for the next best thing, but then in the end you still got your nokia brick phone playing snake...
