So I finally decided to just go ahead and do a full wipe and reflash cleanrom 3.7 and everything is working fine now. Thanks for the help

FYI: the next time anyone runs into this, all you need to do dive into bootloader and reflash the kernal, A.K.A PH98img.zip.
