The rest of eBay seemed to work fine troughout all this. I has searching other auctions and started a couple of my own in between refreshing HP's listings.
To those of you who managed to snag a TouchPad, even refurb, I congratulate you. I think you'll like their implementation of multitasking and such. It's a pretty fun OS to play with.
