I can't decide between Moto 360 and Modular smart watch

Currently, I am using Samsung Gear S. I am thinking about switching. I can't decide between Modular Smart watch and Moto 360. I really like the style of Moto 360 but upcoming Modular smart watch seems to me advance level watch then Moto 360. On this smart watch user would be able to add new blocks and each block will cost $20-$30. Which is not possible in Moto 360. So I am really confused. Which one should I buy?

Somehow this is the first I've heard of the modular smartwatch. Fantastic concept.

Problems are multiple:
1) crowdfunding stage (vaporware written all over it)
2) proprietary OS - Sammie is struggling to bribe developers on Tizen, this has no chance
3) all those sensors are nice and cool, but bio/skin light sensors simply aren't that good.
