Hmmmm. Got me there. Did you re install and try again? It takes a good 5-10 minutes if you have never dome it before.

I would have 2 do a battery pull to get the phone working again. It was really annoying. I may try to re-root in the future but when I fully understand what I am doing, and what I want.
