I Got My Update Notice - ICS

I got my upgrade notification last night, and started the update process this am. I turned on my WIFI, and started the update at 6:45 am (central) this morning. It is not Noon and it has not run. If I go to Settings>About Phone>System Updates it tells me that "An update is currently being downloaded. You will be notified when the download is complete". WTH? 5 hours later and the download is not done? I have no indication that the DL has started other than this screen....

For me and 4G the download took an hour, but when I checked for updates it said an update was available, not one in progress.

I shut down my phone, and restarted it. The update is downloading now...
