My computer took 4 1/2 hours. I feel your pain. Keep in mind this will wipe your phone like a factory reset.

Yes make it its own file. Don't put it in another file.

I think you did the same thing as I did. You put it in the wrong sd drive. Put it in the other one. It should start automatically.

no i'm in boot loader and its not starting automatically. runs thru these things faster than i can read them. im pretty sure i saw a file called PH98IMG.zip but last line said no image.

No, it needs to go on the EXTERNAL SD in the root directory. If you put it on the internal one, the phone will do nothing.

Make sure if you use a Windows pc the file you move to the so card doesn't have ". Zip" in the name.

Ok we got it working. My computer added .zip to my renamed .zip. Got it updated and it works great. Thanks for the help.
