I need help bad:( I have the droid 2

I've trie resetting the phone the way you guys gave me and the menu never pops up I held the volume key down for atleast 15 seconds and then hit the camera button and nothing pops up.

Hold the 'volume up' button and while keeping it held down press the camera button.

Try pressing the magnifying glass button on the keyboard. Insert this step between steps 2 and step 3

Hold on try these steps instead.

1. Turn the Droid 2 off. If it's frozen and you cannot turn it off, pull and replace the battery.
2. Open the keyboard and press and hold the X key while pressing and holding Power. The device will power on. Keep holding the buttons down until a yellow triangle appers.
3. Press the Search key on the keyboard (magnifying glass).
4. Use the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons on the side of the phone to select the Wipe data factory reset option. Use the Camera key to confirm it.
5. Tap*wipe data/factory reset then tap*OK.
6. Highlight*reboot system now is highlighted then tap*OK.
These should be the right instructions the other site seemed to have the same instructions for the Droid and the Droid 2.
