I need help with custom ROM Droid X FlyX

I have a rooted Droid X with Bootstrap and Rom Manager, I flashed clockwork Recovery, downloaded Birdmans FlyX v0.1 Final, wipe cache and data and hit O.K. to boot into recovery............Does nothing. What am I missing?

Bootstrap x press bootstrap recovery then go to rom manager then reboot and install zip
