It's just the download cache. Like temp folder on a pc

yay it worked!111 now, any suggestions on making it fasteR? haha...it always makes me force close stuff , esp. my tetxts, and half the time wont let me type on them! so frustrating!

How do i stop the OTA updates. I can not stop them all the time
