I think I need to reset my phone

Well I was trying to find a clock widget and downloaded a couple from the market. Then decided I didn't like them and went to delete them and my phone started acting funny.

After that all my contacts are gone, I can't go to the market it just says I need to add an account to my device and I can't log on to gmail through the app.

Have you tried rebooting your phone?

Sounds like you are may have removed your google account from your syncs.

Go to Settings > Accounts & sync > and look for your google account under "Manage accounts".

If it is not there then you need to add it back there by selecting Add account and select Google in the list then enter your account credentials.

I already added my gmail account back but still not working. So to reboot, is that using the factory rest button in options? Also can I access the back up assistant on my Verizon account? The biggest thing is I lost my contacts.
