I took the ICS plunge.

It's possible that the pictures MAY get deleted, but doing a FDR would do the same thing. Also, if they are backed up with something like backup assistant they can easily be restored.

I'll wipe data on my gallery right now and let you know.

All of my pictures are still there. Just note that they are all stored on my SD card.

I'd still do this before a FDR, just to see if it clears it up.

Ok I backed everything up with my backup.
Wiped gallery clean. Brought pics back,
over 1500 downloads and my camera roll
came back. Once I left the gallery and returned
only my camera roll was available.

No sign of the 1500 pics I had.
When I pressed "backup assistance +"
It said it could not continue.

Should have stayed with gingerbread.
I don't know what the heck happened.

I don't know how it happened but
after I downloaded 'quickpic" and opened
it up, EVERYTHING WAS THERE!!

I didn't touch anything all the downloaded
pics was waiting for me!

=^ .". ^=

That's good news. Means they are still on your phone some where, maybe the gallery app just needs to be refreshed?

Thank you for the reccomendation.
I have one question, can this be my default
gallery ? If yes, how do I set it as such?

Thanks again!
