Mine came 1:53 eastern..it stalled and resumed. Here is a pick..it came on its own when i shot this because i knew someone wouldnt believe me... and a couple didnt until they found out there were many more..
Youll see the date. And no it doesnt say ics..lol But this is what the auto update looks like when it runs in status bar pulldown.

If you look closely youll see why i had to fastboot. Safestrap app right on the mid left through the pulldown..lol after that i wasnt even able to pull it. So i side loaded. I was so pissed and deserved it..lol
