Can someone explain why I have downloaded the ics update but then it says can not validate update. Please try again later. I've done it twice now. I feel my soul being crushed currently.

Yea!! Is anyone getting any sleep? I'm anxious to set up since I did a factory reset (too early) last week to prepare. Love it so far, yummy!

YES! Mine too! LOL

She got it last night, I was going to try to pull it this morning but it was all downloaded and ready and waiting when I woke up.

ICS! WOOHOO!

I believe some rooted or formerly rooted users had this problem. Have you been rooted?

I know everyone is excited about ICS, I was too, but for my first few hours of using it I have mixed feelings about it. Some additions are awesome while others suck.

I have downloaded the update three times and got the validation failed message each time. I just got this razr maxx, never rooted. Completely stock. Any ideas??

Can anyone reccomend a task manager since ICS did away with the built in one?

I'm having the same problem with my razr too

Maybe try a factory reset before downloading it again.
