The screen usage is up quite a bit same as mine now.

Yes that is true.

As for signal issues, I've noticed my data stays connected unlike on GB. It was constantly dropping on GB.

Same here, much better data signal retention

On GB I frequently had to do the airplane mode to get just 3g to start up again. Of course after getting ics I find the 3g restart app which might have helped. But now I don't have to, it just stays connected.

So how do I access my contacts through my phone app?

Straight off my hip from the Maxx

With the dial pad you can start typing the name of the person you want to call. I can't think of any other way though. "Contacts" seems to have been replaced with "people" if you've been looking for your contacts app.

Just hit the search button while your phone app is open. It takes you straight into your contacts.

I finally got my update. So far I would say my Ice cream Sandwich does not taste as good as I thought it would.
I don't find it all that much better than Gingerbread just different.
And somethings not as good in my opinion.

So far here are my favorite features:

Face unlock.
Grouping of apps on home screen by dragging them over each other.
Being able to hold down an app in the app drawer and drag it to a home screen or to more options for uninstall, etc.
CHROME BROWSER!!!!!
Better 4G connectivity.

The screen shot function is pretty handy too.

I'd love to know how you got that kind of battery life...

I think StephenC meant to say "What I want to know is why we can't get battery life like this out of our phones. Lol (taken from my XOOM)"

That's a screenshot of the battery statistics from his XOOM, not from his phone. That type of battery life is easy to get out of a tablet if you're not on it constantly. I haven't been using my TF300 a whole lot over the past few days, and it's currently sitting at 5 days, 20 hours, 4 minutes, and 7 seconds on the battery since the last charge, and I still have 55% of the battery left. The batteries in tablets are much larger than the batteries in phones, and many don't have cellular connectivity draining them.

I've seen a few people post about using the Chrome Browser, so I thought I'd try it out. I have been using Dolphin Browser HD, and just after one day in my experience Chrome is way slower on the load times than Dolphin. Anyone else think Chrome is a bit slow?
