I seriously doubt it's happening. Has anyone seen the update docs on Verizon's website or any other tell-tale signs of an OTA?
What's the link to where VZW posts these docs?

I wouldn't expect ics til sometime in May especially when htc nd vzw are working on a phone that's supposed to come out sometime around then, nd Verizon reps don't even have an exact date, they have just been told "within the next few months" since around February
Even when they have the update Verizon reps don't know or won't say. They don't officially support an update until Verizon announces to the public that the update is coming. And even then the reps are clueless.

meh. we would have heard more or had a more serious claim if it was happening today. I didn't even ruu back yet cause (I hate to be the bad guy) todays not the day.
1)we only have hearsay information.
2)not likely to drop an ICS bomb on one of the most serious of catholic holidays.
Honestly did you think that Jesus bleeding out on the cross and the Rezound ICS release would really happen the same day?
3) half the world is off of work, it makes no sense to roll anything out today.
Sorry. I really wish it was today and still hope in my android heart it will but doubtful.
