If Galaxy Nexus is a bust what phone will you get?

whats your angle?
No angle ... the thread asked a question. My thought is after the nex I would want a Moto device with ics. Moto makes better radios and may have a droid coming with ics
So that's my thought

Um no ... there Weill be a Moto device with ics before the razr gets it.

no phone really supersedes the other. thats what the galaxy nexus means to us i guess.

Or buy a used t-bird off contract and ROM it until another adequate device with unlocked bootloader is released on VZW.
If ATT/sprint/t-mobile weren't such crap where I live, I would get a GS2 or skyrocket.
Doesn't have to be Nexus. Just has to have an unlocked bootloader.

Too late, I bought a used Bionic today, off-contract. I have the cash and it was $200-$300 cheaper then a full retail new one. So now I can play with 4G through the holidays and give the GNex and ICS time to mature and then pull the trigger.
thats just what someone who isnt gonna get the gnexus will say

I simply cannot believe that remade red phone is not on the poll. I would call it by the name but I cant remember what it is.. I think verizon should call it "The Fail"
My second choice to the gnex was the rezound simply because it has a removable battery and sd card. It will be a pretty good phone once rooted without sense on it. The free headphones were also a HUGE bonus..

Having "rented" the Razr for less then a week I voted to keep my current phone (TBolt). The colors seemed off on the Razr display and it took HORRIBLE pictures!
Rezound doesn't interest me because it's HTC (TBolt was my first HTC experience - not feeling the love
)
The only way I see the Nexus being a bust is if Verizon does something stupid to interfere with it or it fails big time with radio issues on 4G (which I'd imagine Google would fix pretty quickly). The only enemy this device has right now is Verizon ...

Amen to that. I own the Bionic. I owned the Droid Pro. Moto has screwed me twice with not ready for prime time releases. I can only blame myself. VZW has agreed to let me swap out to any other phone. It'll be GNexus, and even if that won't work, I'll go Rezound before I go back to Moto.
I'm kinda surprised too. Just goes to show that the RAZR and Rezound may be good options. Personally, I'm stuck choosing between the Rezound or sticking with my OG for a while longer.
