Radiant is probably the best one I've played

it's Space Invaders with great graphics and a level up system, very addictive.

I have the free lite version and have been playing that for a few days now. I think I need the paid version to get past the big red invader...
So that's my "one" game at the moment.

I have several games and have tried and deleted a bunch more, but when I have a lot of time I need to kill, I keep going back to good old solitaire. I can play over and over for an hour our more without over-taxing my brain or getting too bored.

Either "What the Doodle" or "Sketch Online" are my pick...

The are both online multiplayer "win lose or draw" type of games where you are given a word to try to draw and others guess. Such a great concept, but too bad 90% of the human population think its more fun to put profanities as their user names and write letters instead of drawing. Morons. Both games are cool, but could surely use improvement and updates IMO...

I am not a huge "phone gamer" but do occasionally find myself bored and waiting around. So if you could only have one game on your phone what would it be?

If you are bored .. go for Word Score ... I have few games .. and I can play one or two times .. but with Word Score .. you just like keep playing ... everytime you play you just want to bit your score .... awesome .. some more features are needed but it is new game .. I wrote to developers and they are working on some good feature ... go for it guys .. if you are word game fan Gurantee you will not get bored ....

Well, I don't know if this counts as a game. But for the sake of argument, let's say it does. My SNES emulator. Lots of game choices, so I wouldn't get too bored.

As for a standalone game APK? Probably "My Paper Plane 2" - yes, "My Paper Plane 2". That game is freakin' addictive.
