If you're a Handcent user please help!

For some reason yesterday I tried to upload a pic using my hancent and it keeps giving me a failure sign. I even tried it from my galley using handset and still the same. Is there something I cked and need to unck or something I need to ck. Please help!!

I can't tell what the problem is from here, but as a start I would open the pic and then "save as" some other jpg or png name. If the pic is too large, you may want to crop and save it as something else.

from the main menu
Menu key> settings> send message settings> Auto convert(all the way at the bottom)

try turning that off, gave me problems a while ago and has been off since for me.


If it's not jpg or png it cannot resize the picture to send,and most networks wont send pictures that are too big.
If the picture that your testing/trying with is a jpg or png and still doesn't work... Something else is horribly wrong and I would have no idea what.
