Coming from pre-4.0 Android, to get to the "Menu" for an app, you'd hit the "Menu" button. In 4.0, there's support for this, but the Nexus lacks a Menu button. So how to get to settings?
Look carefully in your apps - you won't see it in the exact same place every time - if there's a menu to be displayed, SOMEWHERE on the screen you'll see three small, stacked, square dots. Press it and you should get your menu.
