I was looking at the running services in settings and I was wondering what 'in pocket detection' and 'DLNA' is and if I should stop them.. anyone have any suggestions?

I had in pocket detection but took it off because the screen would turn off even if I was using it.

In pocket detection should be pretty self explanatory.

As for DLNA:

Should you kill them, well you can disable the pocket detection in settings some where. As for the DLNA, no, Android is perfectly capable of distributing resources. Find the thread about task killers and why not to use them. However if you are worried about battery life, you can always look in to rooting which allows you to remove bloatware like the DLNA app.
