Increasing volume

Volume on this thing is pretty quiet. I remember the galaxy s was similarly quiet, though you could go into some deep settings to fundamentally make it louder.


can we do the same with the bionic, or....?

are you meaning the volume of media playing, or ringtones/alarms, or the volume of phone calls?

My volume is really very nice. I'm coming from the DroidX, and THAT had low volume all the way around.

Galaxy S had a quieter volume, and I remember you could go into some weird settings to raise it

I am wondering about the low volume also. The alarm sound set at Max barely makes a sound and the ringtone is not as loud as I expected.

I haven't tried it but by looking at the instructions my guess would be you do need to be rooted.

Try volumn+ in the market works good for me
