Incredible - Outlook Calendar Sync Issues

My outlook calendar has been working properly until a few weeks ago. Everytime I accept an outlook invite/meeting on my PC, it will put it on my incredible calendar twice. Also, any Facebook reminders will be on my calendar multiple times. It is also not syncing properly when I delete a meeting from my PC. It still shows up on my mobile calendar. I've tried rebooting my phone. It will initially clear out the dublicates, but then will revert back to dublicates for future invites. Any suggestions?
