India? Wtf?

Well I rebooted my phone and for some reason when I turned it back on my clock was like 3 hours behind, I checked my HTC clock app and for some reason it said that larissa, India is my current t location, I'm in orange county, California, what is going on and how do I change it back to my time?

Try turning of the location in the settings menu, location. turn off all 3 settings, then go back and turn them back on, also go into the htc clock app and hit menu to make sure current location is turned on.
