Unfortunately no.. But, I'm using the app Battery Booster(not sure if it actually works, good reviews though) and it puts a battery percentage in 1% increments on the left side of your notification bar.

Not the "prettiest", but it works. I usually have my status bar hidden anyway as you can see in my other pictures.

Beland, I am running 3.0 w/ ICS and now your synergy...is there a way to get 1% increments with this?

Your best bet maybe to ask the Themer to do a flashable.zip add-on with 1% increments, I'm sure you arent the only one who would like them. lol That is actually the only reason I haven't tried that theme yet.
