Input from someone who's owned/owns a D2 and Dinc?

I want to get one of these but I just can come to a conclusion. Pros for the D2 are keyboard, it fits in my D1 MM dock, and its got a higher resolution screen. Pros for the Dinc are 720p video recording, more on board memory IIRC lol, and I've read several reviews praising the fluidness and speed of the phone. I haven't heard much about the D2s performance but my D1 has several issues with it such as not being able to handle even a few Widgets, jumpy screens and app drawer, and significant delays in many areas. So can someone with experience with both devices shed a little light? Thanx.

Just root your devices. The Droid 1 can do anything that the other phones can and do it nearly as well. I had my Droid 1 clocked at 1.2ghz and it would fly through anything without lag.

Do I like my HTC Incredible more? Yes I do. I hate having a physical keyboard, the HTC Incredible feels and looks nice in my opinion.
