Interesting issue

So, I was trying to set up apk manager to do some systemUI theming. Well, that didn't work for whatever reason and now my ADB is messed up. I thought, no issue. I'll just re-install ADB. So I uninstalled all my drivers and re-installed. ADB still does not work. The interesting part? Fastboot commands WILL work. Fastboot and ADB are located in the same folder for me. I've tried replacing the ADB driver several times and adjusting the environment variables path still with no luck. It's not really a big deal since fastboot still works (I tested it by sending a recovery image to my phone through it and it sent just fine). Just curious if anyone knows how to fix this or what I've done wrong.

Hmmm...no one with any ideas? Like I said it's not a huge deal since I can use fastboot, but it would be nice to have ADB working properly.
