It does seem that you had a combination of bad cs, bad luck, and misinformation.

A few points of interest:

You don't need the dolphin browser to use pinch-to-zoom.

When the phone was rebooting often, did you address that with tech support?

Did you address the sound quality issue with tech support?

When you had the app conflicts, did you contact the developers?

If so, what were the responses?

Yeah I have one. I have considered gluing the slider down. Just got my new one from the insurance and I am guessing it is a refurb because the slider is loose and it has a drop mark. Not as bad as my first one yet though.
