Is a wipe necessary when updating to newer nightlies of CM7GB

I'm sure it's been asked before but I can't find an answer. I'm on the 8/30 revision, do I need to wipe anything besides dalvik cache when updating to the latest D2 CM7GB nightlies?

It's best to wipe cache and dalvik cache between nightlies, and wipe data once every few weeks, or when there is a big update.
