Is data rescue possible with a white light of death?

So, I washed my Bionic. It had a cracked screen too, so water got all up underneath the screen. I dried it out for about two days, and when I plug it in to a computer I get the solid white light of death. When I plug it into the wall, I get a blinking white light of death. I was an ignorant fool, and I left all of my contacts on the internal memory. I really need to access these files if at all possible, does anyone know if I can even salvage them? The Bionic is rooted, and my computer is running on Linux Mint 15, if any of that makes a difference.

Welcome to the forum

Other data may be recoverable if you can see the internal memory connected to your computer. The contacts should have been synced to Google.
