OK I went to the link and it started downloading a file from a "Firecracker" or something like that. I stopped it immediately though because I'm not familiar with this process just yet. Is it basically a download and self install?

It is like Bruben said, I confused you I think. The link that Smalltowngirl posted is something different than I was talking about. I am talking about downloading the .215 leak they have over at Droidrzr.com and putting that on your ext sd card and installing directly from recovery.

Oh I see. OK let me head that way and see what I can understand, lol. I get lost when it comes to things like these. I usually just use my phones how they come from the factory.
