Is it me or does the Incredible take Incredibly bad photos?

yes, though you can likely turn that off although you might have to turn off all phone noises globally to do so.

It is probably just the kinipple pin synchronizing with the luxeon motor to control the shutter.

camera works as a real iso camera

When using the camera u need to change the settings at times to get the best snap shot change your flash setting and trying changing the ISO setting when u learn the different settings u will get a very good high quality photo. My pictures come out as great as my Canon 40d's camera does.

One of the first photos I took with the incredible was...incredible. I've learned over the months of ownership to do all the tips given on this thread. But obviously the camera has its limitations. But for quick photos/videos and convenience, I love my Incredible.
