Is it possible to Unroot?

Hey guys I need some help.
I used SPRecovery to install a custom ROM and stuck with it for a long time. Now I've become tired being rooted and want to return to stock (unroot).
I've looked on Youtube and in this website and havent really found a solid answer. If anyone can help this would be great. Thanks
P.S - I dont have SPRecovery anymore because I've installed ROM Manager which makes me use ClockWork Mod

You'll need RSDLite and an SBF file. Currently I think the only one available is 2.0 and you could just do the OTA 2.1 update. Either of those should work though.

Remember, RSDLite is what Verizon uses though, so if you have issues there you could brick it. Its the only process that ever gave me the heebey-jeebies when I first rooted my phone.
