They are too cheap to send a new battery with the refurb phone, and i can still turn on the first droid with the same battery. If I have any issues with this new next one i'm not going to accept anything but a new model. I've read too many comments who are on their 4th or 5th replacement.

Most of them are from people with very slippery fingers, was my understanding, though one person's story was was a cat and another because of an outing on a lake. Inside two weeks.
