now 3g wont work....it only works one either 3g or wifi

If the phone is plugged to charger when you turn it off yes it will turn back on, 3g and wifi will NOT both run at the same time, if you have wifi connection then 3g will disable until connection to wifi is broken, get battery calibration from the market and follow directions, it very simple, you should charge till you get to at least 4189 mV
