Tried again with no luck. Wiped, went back to stock Koush w/o smoked glass and tried and it keeps aborting. I have "killed" my battery and am restoring back to my sig and giving up.

One problem...I restored apps using titanium backup but when I go to view them , they are not there...? I chose the helixlauncher2 as my home, and when I click the square thing to bring up the apps...it only has the default ones....What the hell am I doing wrong?

EDIT : also the home button is not working for me

Ok, this is frustrating . I downloaded the blue zip this a.m. and everything was working fine except the boot animation . I read that you fixed it and reuploaded it so I loaded my backup of 5.0.6.1 and redownloaded the new blue zip and installed it . Now I am stuck at the motorola logo so battery pulled and tried again . Is there anything different with the new zip or is there another place to download ? Not sure why it wouldn't work when i just had it working fine .

I just had the exact same problem, had to pull the battery and restore.

Jrummy, which of the two (blue) sources is the newer one? The mirror site or the default link? They're different because one is 92.7mbs and the other 94.8 mbs? (I'm downloading to get the boot animation back, replacing it from an older rom doesn't seem to work... )

Another way to get the bootanimation is just download the most recent one, take the bootanimation.zip out of it and using root explorer delete the current bootanimation.zip in the system ---> media folder and just move the other one from the root of your sdcard to the system --> media folder and bam your done

Works great for me. I downloaded the blue theme. I have the custom handcent. Dont have the bootanimation but is it really that big of a deal? I dont know about you but i dont like turning my phone off......i get lonely lol:icon_ banana:

it was in the goodiesv0.6 package. i downloaded it last night maybe thats the difference. Did you extract it and place the goodies folder on the root of your sdcard?
