dual core vs. unlocked bootloader is a tough one for me.
Having more freedom is always good but realistically, thanks to folks like drod and P3, I still have yet to find something I want to do on my DX that a locked bootloader prevents me from doing. That's an "end user" perspective though.
I can imagine that developing roms on a device with an unlocked bootloader is probably much easier and if it means people like drod stop working on devices with locked bootloaders then that would be reason enough for me to not go with one.
I believe cyanogen doesn't develop on phones that are locked down but P3 also said he was going to continue to focus on Moto devices.
I guess I'll just have to wait to see how things pan out.
