I don't even know what that is...and what do you mean when you say "open support files folder in downgrade bypass" This is so confusing

In the folder where the program is, open the support files folder, and run revolutionary.exe

Ok I just did that now I'm back at the screen with the 3 skateboard droids...is this where I do the bootloader, reboot then su.zip?

How do I know if I'm rooted or not and how do I put on roms onto my phone?

You're rooted if you install root checker app and it says yes.
To flash roms you get the Rom.zip file, put it on the SD, reboot to recovery, wipe data, and do the same procedure as Su.zip but choose the rom zip file.
