Your gonna have to look for the links there around some where Im on Eclipse more support. Google Eclipse roms if you find the links you can use his instructions there all the same

If I remember from way back no it is already in the base but you are supposed to get rid of it before you flash.

Seems this thread is just here for current people using and installing these roms but no new updates to speak of. Still one of the best bionic roms to date imo ( though the ics one is coming along nicely)
