Kangerade 6.0.11 - Pre Release.

Love kangeraid my favorites have been deleted

Jrummy16:

Love Kangerade 6.0.11 but You deleted three of my favorites. In 5.0.9 you deleted my walpaper. Then in 6.0.11 you deleted my Droid Invasion ring tone and the Droid alert tone. That is a Deal Killer. :(

Have to go back to 5.0.9 unless someone can help me get those tones back?

those sounds I went into root explorer and set them aside in the root of the SD card then put 6.0.1.1 on and went back into root explorer move them back to system/media/notifications then reboot all better. But does anyone notice it eats battery much faster?I went through all my settings and it still gets ****ty bat life.I love the new one but I just want a leak that gets themed that we can just use for a while instead of new one then oh another new then oh another new one.Love it and appreciate all you hard work JRUM

I would really like to try this out but how do I access it. There use to be an icon where I could get into scripts. I am using the new latest versoin of Lithium.

using Terminal Emu

allinone

Canvs also released an updated version of his script app.

I was wondering how I lost my DROID alert tone.

When listening to music on my droid, sometimes the 4 x 2 music widget will go blank and no longer control my music. It can be fixed by deleting the widget and replacing it. Had the same problem on the last Kangerade as well.

music mod is now in the market...only 'problem' is the widgets double up in the widget list (but the market version has a different icon)

Just flashed Lithium Mod test build a little bit ago and so far its very smooth and fast. I will post any issues/bugs I may find but so far its running great. Nice work JRummy!

Running Lithium as well - seems every bit as smooth as Kangerade 6.0.11.

JRummy-
Are you still shooting for themed release tomorrow? If so I know what I will be doing (again).

awesome rom! is it me or the camera has the "snapping sound" enable, will the final release be slient?

I hate that so I went into root explorer and make it r/w and go to system/media/audio/ui and long-press camera click and rename it (I added a .bak to the end)bam and I did video recorder as well reboot.

Lithium Mod

Okay... I had installed this rom today after 3 wipes, ran into the following issues.

No apps are showing up in Market, except for google maps and titanium backup.
Restored most of my apps using titanium backup, but none of them show up in the market...
There was no auto updates from market on first load after wipe (might be part of market problem)
Second, apps2sd was not working for me, wouldnt let me put any apps on sd card, nor did it have the feature to force move apps to sd like other roms...

Otherwise running ADW Launcher, and this thing couldnt be faster or smoother....

Aside from these issues I have come across so far, seems like one of the smoothest, quickest roms I have ever used...

No stupid force closes like on Cyanogenmod RC1 and RC2 :-D

EDIT!! Ok about 2 minutes after I posted this I installed PDANET from the market and then checked the apps installed in market and BAM they were all there! IDK why or how, but seems market issue worked itself out?
