Do you currently have Orange CWM?

Either way this is good.

you can either flash via ODIN or orange cwm. Just make sure you chose the right file for the way you do it.

click update zip that should take you directly into red

If it doesn't download this. MEGAUPLOAD - The leading online storage and file delivery service and put it on the root of your sd card and boot back to blue recovery and click update zip.
