L2 on the D2 Battery Life....how's yours?

I am curious how everyone's battery life has been on Liberty 2.0 for the Droid 2. I have been running it for a couple days now and initially I was unimpressed to say the least....but I didn't really realize how much I was using....reinstalling 270 or so apps might be a little draining.

So today I woke up and my phone was completely loaded, theme'd, and customized the way I like it so I thought I would see what the battery life is actually going to be.....well.....we are at the 10 hour mark and I am at 30% with 44% of my usage from "Voice calls".

So....what's your battery life been like....and why if you have any idea.

I have to admit....I was running my phone in almost an identical fashion (theme's, widgets, and so on) under 1.5 without all that sys somethingorother config file thing for increasing battery life....and I seem to recall much longer lasting phone. However....this 2.0 is so much smoother and faster I wouldn't really want to go back....

I felt I got less and I went back to 1.5. I put the imoseyon mod on 1.5 (and 2.0), deleted the overclocking scripts...with that mod and the deleted scripts, 1.5 is as smooth and better battery life.

To delete those scripts, look at the comments on version 5.2 on imoseyon site.

the first day i was unimpressed but thats because of all the downloading and trying different themes and fonts etc. so the next day all charged i spent alot of time re-customizing my setup and the battery has been lasting pretty well. it's definitely better for me than it was in 1.5

mine battery life has been good with 2.0 i have not seen any decline

I'll second that, my battery life has been awesome so far. Perhaps even a bit better than Liberty 1.5!

Hmm.....maybe it is from the differences in what everyone is running. How many apps and widgets do you guys run? What Launchers and so on?

Adw launcher, widgetsoid, widgetlocker, facebook & fancy widget (1 hour refresh on both). Besides that, normal apps and nothing that syncs in the background.

I had twitter and that was set to refresh every 15mins(I think by default) and that was def draining the battery...but I had it in 1.5 and 2 and 2 was worse.

On 2, I did a wipe bat stats at full charge and when it was dead after 9 hours when I usually make it 15 hours.

Now on 1.5 without twitter and a fresh battery stat wipe, and all is good.

Like I said, I cannot tell a differance between 1.5 and 2 in regards to performance with the imosyen mod and I was hoping for better battery with 2 with the tweaks to the blur framework, but it seemed opposite.

In the dx forum, they say they are getting better results with 2.

my battery seems to be about the same. i have beautiful widgets home w/ weather. i have the weather set to refresh every 30 mins. everything else is set to manual update to save battery.
i txt and web surf and check apps like droidlife and droidforums app alot. im please with the battery so far.
i did notice a difference when i took off a live wallpaper i was using. i miss the look but ill take battery over a look.

widgetlocker KILLS my battery. uninstalled immediately.

I've been using the old version of widgetlocker for a long time and it has little to no impact on my battery on squidly rom and 1.5.

In fact, if I leave my phone idol for about 8 hours after the battery is fully charged, 8 hours later I will still be at 100%.
