I want to say Cinnamon Toast Crunch but they might not have had that when I was a kid definitely did with my kids. I think there was a Captain Crunch with peanut butter., yes just verified, that was as a kid, adult, CTC...
Both as I recall, were roof of mouth removers if eaten before a time, and then slimy yuk after a time...

My parents raised us same, we could put granola on the cheerios or Wheaties, maybe some honey if we we lucky.
About once a year, mom would pop for a small box of sugar cereal... Then we got the treat.
