I'm having a better day today. [emoji1]Yesterday I was stung by a yellow jacket which was stinging me repeatedly between my foot and my flip flop. I also probably cracked a tooth over the weekend while I was crunching on a snack[emoji3064] the sting was so painful till this morning. I woke up many times to put ice on it[emoji219][emoji219][emoji219]I haven't been stung in over 30 years[emoji41] I'm not allergic fortunately FTW [emoji256]

Days like that I can do without, continue to get better. Do you know what a mesquite tree is? I was in the backyard in my flip flops moving some wood and got stung on the eyebrow by 3 yellow jackets. While I was running away I stepped on a mesquite thorn right though my flip flops. Yellow jacked stings didn't even swell up but the mesquite thorn hurt for several days.

Below is a limb of a mesquite tree, some spikes are longer than these.

@ggrant3876 OMG those thorns look so painful just to look at. Getting stung so close to your eye was no picnic either! I once stepped on a nail that went right thru my flip flops too. Very painful. I had to hop to the car so my friend could get me to urgent care. The doctor there had to remove the flip flop and the nail from my foot. Then the tetanus shot... I'm such a pain chicken too[emoji1787][emoji23] I'm just hoping not to need a root canal for my tooth... I'll find out on Thursday. I'm also a "dental phobe"[emoji23][emoji1787] Think good thoughts for me on Thursday afternoon[emoji257][emoji257] thanks in advance[emoji177]
