Whoops duplicate! I just joined a gym last week and I'm going to get fit again and support my friend who will be going for a lung transplant at some point. She has to get as trim as possible before her eventual surgery. She's finished her"medical gym" program and needed to continue at the gym.. So we'll both get fitter FTW she's lost 28 lbs already. I'm amazed at her courage. It's a scary surgery and a long process.
