Probably staying away from gym because of lower left back pain from morning after last session on last Wednesday evening. In bed with heating pad on and off since then. I think it's more than a Charleyhorse. Pain not going down left leg so probably not sciatica?. It's slowly getting a bit better but probably best to skip gym session with trainer this coming Wednesday. I want this to go away completely. I'm not used to working hard enough to get hurt from gym maybe just a coincidence?!? What do you think gym friends? I've never ever had a back problem in my life before. And I really like going to the gym so it's not an excuse
