They didn't actually announce it and those support pages are showing the current version again, so I think they prematurely posted those pages.

i'm using update just for 8hours but it looks good.work fine and what is most important for me. I can't hear >>>DROOOID<<< anymore. Hope the restart problem is fixed.

Yes, it exists. Be patient. I've never actually seen any rhyme or reason as to how they roll out an update, but you'll get it soon.
