I have this - my experience thus far:
I've tried Tile 8, Live Tiles and few other paid/free launcher apps. I hate to say it, but this the best I've found, and that's not saying much. They all seem glitchy. Stock GS3 on VZW, btw.
THE GOOD:
It really LOOKS like W8. To me it's the best looking so far, the most true to W8. The spacing of the tiles is perfect, no tweaking required as with widget-maker apps like UCCW, and aesthetically it blows TileLauncher out of the water.
Many colors to choose from when setting the theme color.
It allows you to totally HIDE the status bar, and I love any launcher that gives me that ability.
It's free!
The 'edit' mode works very well, reminds me of IOS in that respect, all the tiles start to float and you can drag them around. However, other tiles don't move out of the way for you, so it can get cumbersome.
The live tiles seem to do a fairly decent job in terms of refreshing.
You can customize the app drawer from list to grid, and even change the font color of icon names within the drawer.
You can create a a tile for any application you have.
The tiles are quite responsive, even the camera/Google Now.
There seems to be no limit to the number of tiles you can add, and the pages scroll only vertically. No multiple home screens.
THE BAD:
The only tiles larger than 1x1 are the Dial, Clock, Contacts and Play Store tiles, which are native when you open the launcher. According the to dev, you can resize ANY tile. Editing tiles gives you options for both resizing and changing the color, and you are able to select new colors/sizes and save the change. But they don't stick. So you are stuck with a few larger tiles, and the rest are all 1x1.
When adding a widget as a tile, the tile will be the same size as the widget itself.
The Play Store tile, which comes native, does not work, at least for me. You can add the play store widget or create a new tile for the play store app, but you're stuck with the 1x1 layout.
When trying to change the wallpaper for the lock screen, the app F/Cs.
Overall it's the best I've used. But again, they all seem to suck, this one just sucks the least Were I able to actually resize and recolor any tile I wanted, I would pay $5 bucks for this app.
