Use Holo Launcher, it's for 2.2 and 2.3. Holo Launcher HD is for ICS and JB.

Holo Launcher is the closest to Launcher Pro from my experience. Fast, light weight and functional. I use it on my 2.2/2.3 devices and I was a huge fan of Launcher Pro.
